Monster - Spin To Win - Competition Official Rules

1. PROMOTER: Circle K " MONSTER – SPIN TO WIN" (the "Competition") is promoted by Circle K Ireland Energy Limited (Company Registration No. 8209), Circle K House, Beech Hill, Clonskeagh, Dublin 4, Ireland. (the "Promoter") ADMINISTRATOR: BrandMobile Aps, Oestergade 40, 1100 Copenhagen, Denmark (the "Administrator").

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Competition is open to legal residents of Ireland who are at least 18 years of age as of the entry date. Employees, officers, and directors of Promoter, Monster Energy Europe Limited and/or Administrator and their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and their immediate family members or persons residing in the same household, are not eligible to win a Prize.

3. COMPETITION PERIOD: The Competition begins on June 18, 2025, and ends on July 7, 2025 (the "Competition Period"). All entries must be received by July 7, 2025, 23:59 CET.

4. HOW TO ENTER: To participate, players must open the Circle K App. Existing Circle K members can click on the Campaign tile within the app to join. Non-members can register for a free Circle K Extra loyalty membership. The Monster - Spin to Win game is accessible in the Bonus section.

To enter, participants must play the game - "Monster - Spin to Win". Each participant is limited to one Spin to Win attempt per day during the Competition Period. Each person can win only one Cinema Tickets Prize and one Free Can Prize (“Instant Win Prize(s)”) during the Competition Period. If you do not win an Instant Win Prize, you will automatically earn an entry for the chance to win the Grand Prize.

If a participant wins a Cinema Tickets Prize, they will receive a text message to the mobile number associated with their Circle K App and Circle K Extra loyalty account. By accepting these rules, participants also agree to receive Cinema Tickets Prize information via text message. The text message will include additional details about the Cinema Tickets Prize. Click on the provided text message link to activate your Cinema Tickets Prize.

When you win the Free Can of Monster Energy prize through the Spin & Win promotion, you will receive 1 x 12-pack of Monster Energy cans, delivered to your home address. To claim this prize, you must enter your valid home address when prompted in the Circle K app. Delivery cannot be completed without this information. Monster Energy cans cannot be redeemed in any Circle K or Circle K Express store.

PRIZES:

Grand Prize:

1 x Monster Energy Goody bag. Approx value: 80€ (“Grand Prize”).

Cinema Tickets:

1 x 88 Pairs of F1 Cinema Tickets (total of 176). Approx value per ticket: 20€ (“Cinema Ticket(s)”) (each winner will receive two Cinema Tickets delivered by SMS). Total Approx value: 3.520€. The Cinema Tickets are valid until 31^st December 2025 23:59 CET and can be redeemed online by booking here: https://www.odeoncinemas.ie/ (“Cinema Tickets Prize”).

There can only be one Cinema Tickets Prize per household. If multiple members of the same household enter and win the Cinema Tickets Prize, only the first valid entry will be awarded, and any subsequent Cinema Tickets Prizes may be forfeited at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

Monster Energy:

1 x 12 pack Can of Monster Energy 500 ml (Approx value: 18€ - Total of 1,200 cans to be won. Total Approx value: 1.800€.

The Grand Prize, Cinema Tickets Prize and Free Can Prize shall together be referred to as the “Prizes” and each a “Prize”. Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of all Prizes: 5.400€. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other substitutes except at Promoter’s sole discretion.

5. CINEMA TICKET RESALE PROHIBITION: Cinema Tickets awarded in this Competition are for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged. Any attempt to sell, trade, or transfer Cinema Tickets will result in immediate disqualification, and the Cinema Tickets may be voided at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to revoke Cinema Tickets from any participant found violating this rule.

6. GRAND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: The Grand Prize winner will be determined based on the total entries earned in the "Monster – Spin to Win Game" during the Competition Period. Five days after the Competition Period ends, the Administrator will award the Grand Prize to the player with the highest number of entries. During the live competition period, participants may receive additional points for completing the Monster Energy Quiz. In the event of a tie, where two or more players have the same number of entries, the names of the players with the highest number of entries will be entered in a prize draw (“Draw”). The first name randomly selected from the Draw by the Administrator will be awarded the Grand Prize. The winner will be notified by SMS and must respond within 48 hours, or the Grand Prize may be forfeited. If a potential winner is found ineligible or fails to comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected. The Grand Prize winner must provide their full name, home address, and postal code to claim their Grand Prize. Failure to provide the requested details or any inaccuracies in the provided information may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the prize. Only ten (10) alternate selections will be made, after which the Grand Prize will remain unawarded. Grand Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 2-4 weeks after the competition concludes.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Competition. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Released Parties and the Apple Released Parties from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for injuries, loss or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with entry or participation in the Competition, participation in any Competition-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize.

9. PRIVACY POLICY: Promoter and its parent and affiliates will collect, and process personal information of entrants as described in the Privacy Policy at https://www.circlek.ie/privacy-statement. Promoter intends to publish or make available the surname and country of residence of the winners of the Prizes. The winners will be given the opportunity to object to the use of their personal information, however Promoter must still provide such information to the authorities or public on request to comply with its legal obligations.

10. GENERAL RULES: By participating in this Competition, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter and Administrator. Any attempt by anyone to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Competition violates criminal and civil laws, and Promoter reserves the right to seek damages or other legal remedy to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. WINNER LIST REQUEST: To obtain a list of Prize winners, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to BrandMobile ApS, Oestergade 40, 1100 Copenhagen, Denmark. Ensure the envelope is clearly labeled “Monster - Spin to Win” and is received no later than 90 days following the conclusion of the Competition Period. Please note that, to protect the privacy of the winners, you will only be provided with limited details such as surname and county of residence.

12. GOVERNING LAW: The Competition and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to mandatory provisions of local consumer law that may apply for your benefit by operation of law, and nothing in the Competition and these Official Rules affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ireland.
