Win a Trip to Lapland with Circle K Extra and Sunway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Circle K Ireland Holding Limited, of Circle K House, Beech Hill Office Campus, Clonskeagh, Dublin 4, D04 Y016.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to registered Circle K Extra members aged 18 years or over who are resident in Ireland.

3. Competition period

The competition opens on 23 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 November 2026.

4. How to enter

Members must opt in to the competition through the Circle K Extra app and scan their Extra app at the till when making a qualifying purchase during the competition period. Only purchases made after opting in will qualify.

5. Qualifying purchases and entries

At participating Circle K company-owned stores:

• A qualifying fuel purchase earns one entry.
• Qualifying food purchases earn double entries (two entries).
• Other qualifying shop purchases earn one entry.

At participating Circle K Express sites, a qualifying fuel purchase earns one entry. Food and other shop purchases at Circle K Express sites do not qualify.

Members may earn multiple entries during the competition period by making qualifying purchases and scanning their Extra app.

6. Valid entries

Entries must be linked to the member’s own Extra account. Circle K may exclude entries obtained through fraud, account misuse or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Prize

One winner will receive a two-night holiday to Rovaniemi, Lapland, with Sunway for a family of four: two adults and two children.

The trip departs from Dublin Airport on 14 December 2026 and returns on 16 December 2026. These travel dates are fixed.

8. Prize inclusions

The prize includes the following, as specified in the confirmed Sunway itinerary:

• Return flights and a 20kg baggage allowance.
• In-resort transfers and accommodation.
• Meals as per the itinerary, including a festive dinner.
• A private meeting with Santa and a visit to Santa’s Secret Hideaway.
• Reindeer and husky rides.
• Thermal suits and boots.
• Snowmobile activities, ice and snow activities and toboggans.
• Visits to Santa’s Post Office and Snow Village.
• Elf School, festive decorating and Santa’s toy-making facilities.

Activities are subject to the itinerary’s age, safety and operational requirements. The confirmed itinerary and baggage allowance arrangements will be provided to the winner before booking.

9. Additional passengers, upgrades and changes

The winner may request additional passengers, including additional children, upgrades or changes directly with Sunway, subject to availability and Sunway’s booking conditions.

All additional costs are payable by the winner directly to Sunway. Circle K will not arrange or fund these additions.

10. Travel dates and booking

The winner must book the holiday before 9 December 2026, directly with Sunway head office, Marina House, Clarence Street, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.

The winner must provide all passenger information required by Sunway in time to complete the booking.

The winner and their travelling party must be available to travel from 14–16 December 2026. Failure to travel on these dates for any reason will result in the prize being forfeited, with no entitlement to an alternative prize.

11. Travel requirements and excluded costs

The winner and all travelling guests must hold valid passports, travel insurance and any visas required for the duration of the holiday. Children must travel with a parent or legal guardian.

Unless expressly included in the confirmed package, travel insurance, transport to and from Dublin Airport, drinks outside the package, spending money and other personal expenses are payable by the winner.

12. Prize restrictions and substitution

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If a prize element becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that element with an alternative of equal value.

Booking and travel are subject to Sunway’s applicable booking terms, available at www.sunway.ie without affecting the winner’s statutory rights.

13. Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 1 December 2026. Each valid entry will have an equal chance of winning.

14. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address associated with their Extra account. Members are responsible for keeping these details up to date.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the first notification, does not meet the eligibility requirements or cannot accept the prize on the stated terms, Circle K may select an alternative winner at random.

15. Verification

Circle K may request information reasonably necessary to verify the winner’s identity, age, eligibility and qualifying entries before awarding the prize.

16. Personal data

Personal data will be used to administer the competition, verify entries and contact the winner in accordance with Circle K’s Privacy Statement.

Information necessary to arrange the prize will be shared with Sunway and relevant travel providers. Their applicable privacy notices will be provided to the winner during the booking process.

17. Changes or cancellation

Circle K may amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. Any material changes will be communicated through the competition landing page.

18. Acceptance

By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions:

• Circle K’s decision regarding prize winners will be final, and no correspondence regarding that decision will be entered into.
• Prizes are non-transferable, and will only be awarded to the prize winner.
• Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant, i.e. a name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
• Circle K will not store prize winners data once the prize has been delivered.
• Our competitions are open only to residents of the Republic Of Ireland.
• Circle K will deliver prizes within one month of winning unless otherwise specified.
• Where applicable, winners on social media will chosen at random by a third party agency to Circle K.
• When, due to circumstances beyond our control, a prize is not available, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Any person or persons found to be in disregard of any of the above rules will be disqualified automatically.
