Monster Energy McLaren 2026 - COMPETITION OFFICIAL RULES

1.    PROMOTER: Circle K "Monster Energy McLaren 2026" (the "Competition") is promoted by Circle K Ireland Energy Limited (Company Registration No. 8209), whose registered office is at Circle K House, Beech Hill, Clonskeagh, D04 Y016 Dublin 4, Ireland. (the "Promoter") ADMINISTRATOR: BrandMobile Aps, Store Regnegade 5, 2nd floor, 1100 Copenhagen, Denmark (the "Administrator").

2.    ELIGIBILITY: The Competition is open to legal residents of Ireland (“Country”) who are at least 18+ of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Promoter, Monster Energy Europe Limited, and/or Administrator and their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and their immediate family members or persons residing in the same household, are not eligible to win a Prize.

3.    COMPETITION PERIOD: The Competition begins on 2. september 2026, and ends on 3. november 2026 (the "Competition Period"). All entries must be received by 3. november 2026, 23:59 IST.

4.    HOW TO ENTER: To participate, participants must open the Circle K App. Existing Circle K members can click on the Monster Energy McLaren 2026 tile within the app to join. Non-members can register for a free Circle K Extra loyalty membership. More information here: https://www.circlek.ie/extra. The Monster Energy McLaren 2026 are accessible in the game hub.

5.    GAMES: In the Monster Energy McLaren 2026, participants will have access to two games. 

1. “Monster - Spin the Wheel” – (“Instant Win Game”) Participants are limited to one (1) gameplay per day during the Campaign Period. By playing the Instant Win Game, participants have the chance to win a ten (10) free 500ml Monster Can .
2. Prize Redemption: When you win ten (10) free 500ml Monster Cans, you will have to fill in a form with your name, address, postal code, city, mobile number, and email address. Our external fulfillment center will process the Monster winner packages in bulk. Expect 1-2 weeks of processing time.
3. Non-Winning Plays: If a participant does not win an Instant Win Prize on their daily spin, they will automatically receive one (1) point that can be converted in the in-game shop to an entry for the draw of the Grand Prize Draws.
4. "Monster - Racing Game" (Bonus Game): Participants are allotted one (1) official, point-earning gameplay attempt per day during the Campaign Period. During this daily attempt, participants earn points that can be exchanged in the In-Game Shop for entries into Grand Prize Draws.
5. Practice Mode: After completing the daily official attempt, participants may continue playing for fun to practice for future gameplay.
6. How to Play: Gameplay consists of controlling a McLaren Formula 1 car by swiping the screen or tapping the on-screen arrows to avoid obstacles and collect points to achieve the highest score.

6.    REGISTER YOUR CIRCLE K RECEIPT WITH MONSTER PROMOTION: 

1. Receipt Upload & Rewards: Participants can earn ten (10) bonus points and one (1) additional "Monster Instant Win Gameplay" by uploading a valid Circle K receipt demonstrating the purchase of the "Monster Promotion Offer" (2 for €5 / 3 for €7 on single cans & €8 Multipacks).
2. Authentication: Uploaded receipts will be automatically verified. To be deemed valid by the Sponsor/Promoter, the receipt must be high-quality, show all content, be entirely unique, and be dated within the Campaign Entry Period.
3. Required Receipt Data: For successful validation, the following information must be explicitly and clearly visible on the image: the receipt brand (Circle K), location, the qualifying Monster product purchase details, the unique receipt number, the total spend, and the receipt date.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY (ONLINE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY):

1. Visit https://form.jotform.com/261243181260346 and follow the instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid email address, full name, phone number, and age.
2. Limit one (1) online entry per person/email address per day.
3. All entries become the exclusive property of the Promoter, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Upon receipt of an entry, one gameplay will be conducted to determine whether the entry results in an Instant Win Prize.
4. Entrants will also receive one (1) entry into the random drawing for the Grand Prize.
5. No reply will be sent to non-winning gameplays.
6. The winning game players will be notified via SMS.
7. Any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, false, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive, or otherwise not incompliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified, at Promoter's sole and absolute discretion.

Monster Promotion Prizes

• 20 x 1 Monster Cap. Approx value: 40 EURO
• 20 x 1 Monster Backpack. Approx value: 67,5 EURO

The Monster VIP Grand Prize and Monster Promotion Prizes shall together be referred to as the “Prizes,” and each, a “Prize.” Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of all Prizes:  12.150 EURO. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other substitutes except at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Each person can win only one Monster cap and one Monster backpack during the Competition Period.

MAIN PRIZE WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: The Prize winners will be determined based on the total eligible entries a participant accumulates (either by converting points in the In-Game Shop or via the Online Alternative Method of Entry) during the Competition Period. Five days after the Competition Period ends, the Administrator will draw the Prize winners from all valid entries received during the campaign period. 

Prize Draw: The Administrator will conduct a random draw from this combined pool of eligible entries to select the following prize winners:

• One (1) winner will be awarded the Grand Prize "Monster VIP Experience"
• Twenty (20) winners will each be awarded a "Monster Cap"
• Twenty (20) winners will each be awarded a "Monster Backpack."

The grand prize winners will be notified via SMS and must respond within 72 hours; otherwise, the Grand Prizes may be forfeited. If a potential winner is found ineligible or fails to comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected. The Grand Prize winners must provide their full name, home address, and postal code, mobile number, and email address to claim their Grand Prize. Failure to provide the requested details or any inaccuracies in the provided information may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the prize. Only three (3) alternate selections will be made, after which the Grand Prize will remain unawarded. Grand Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 4-8 weeks after the competition concludes.

By accepting these rules, participants who win a prize also agree to receive more information about the winner process and Grand Prize delivery notifications via text message. The participants are not agreeing to receive marketing permission – only campaign-related messages. The text message will include additional details about the Grand Prize and a link to a form where the winner can enter their name, mobile number, email, address, postal code, city, and country. 

7. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY (GDPR)
Circle K processes your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Data Processor: BrandMobile processes personal data on behalf of Circle K.

Data Sources: Personal data used in this campaign may originate from:

• your Circle K Extra membership (Circle K ID),
• your use of the Circle K app,
• your participation in the campaign, and
• transactions linked to your Circle K Extra membership.

Data Collected: The following types of personal data may be processed:

• identification data (e.g. mobile number, Circle K ID)
• technical data (e.g. IP address, device information)
• gameplay and interaction data
• transaction data, including purchases of products or product categories
• preference and profile data

Purpose of Processing: Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• to administer and operate the campaign
• to verify participation and prevent fraud
• to allocate and deliver prizes and rewards
• to analyse campaign performance and improve user experience

Use of Transaction Data

Transaction data linked to your Circle K Extra membership may be used to identify qualifying purchases and trigger rewards or benefits within the campaign. This may include purchases of specific products or product categories.

• Use of Transaction/Preference Data: Circle K uses registration details, product preferences (fuel/drinks), and redemption data to provide personalized offers and insights into consumer behavior.
• Marketing: With explicit opt-in, personal data is used for personalized marketing via push notifications. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
• Retention: Data is saved for up to twelve (12) months after the campaign ends.

Data Sharing: Your personal data may be shared with BrandMobile solely for the purpose of administering and operating the campaign on behalf of Circle K.

Data Retention: Your personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and in accordance with applicable law.

Marketing and Consent: If you have provided your consent, your personal data (including behavioral and transaction data) may also be used to:

• send you personalized offers and communications via app, email, or SMS
• tailor content and promotions based on your preferences and purchase behavior
• deliver relevant advertising through Circle K’s channels and external platforms

8.    GENERAL CONDITIONS: Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Competition. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding.

9.    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, actions, and/or liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with entry or participation in the Competition, participation in any Competition-related activity, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of this Competition and are in no way responsible for its administration.

10.    PRIVACY POLICY: Promoter and its parent and affiliates will collect and process personal information of entrants as described in the Privacy Policy at https://www.circlek.ie/privacy-statement. The Promoter intends to publish or make available the surname and country of residence of the winners of the Prizes. The winners will have the opportunity to object to the use of their personal information; however, the Promoter must still disclose such information to the authorities or the public upon request to comply with its legal obligations.

11.    GENERAL RULES: By participating in this Competition, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter and Administrator. Any attempt by anyone to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Competition violates criminal and civil laws, and Promoter reserves the right to seek damages or other legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Participant acknowledges that this “Monster Energy McLaren 2026” is organized solely by Circle K. The Formula 1 organization (including but not limited to Formula One Management and Formula One World Championship Limited) does not sponsor, administer, or endorse this competition and assumes no liability for any claims arising from its conduct.

12.    WINNER LIST REQUEST: To obtain a list of the Grand Prize winners, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to BrandMobile ApS, Store Regnegade 5, 2nd Floor, 1100 Copenhagen, Denmark. Ensure the envelope is clearly labeled “Monster Energy McLaren 2026” and is received no later than 90 days following the conclusion of the Competition Period.. To protect the privacy of the winners, we will provide only limited details, such as the prize, surname, and postal code.

13.    GOVERNING LAW: The Competition and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to mandatory provisions of local consumer law that may apply for your benefit by operation of law, and nothing in the Competition and these Official Rules affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ireland.

Katie Taylor Fight Ticket Competition: Circle K Extra and Fizzique

1. The competition is open to registered Circle K Extra members aged 18 years or over.
2. To enter, members must opt in to the competition via the Circle K Extra app and scan their Extra app when making an eligible in-store purchase during the competition period.
3. The competition opens on 5th August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Thursday, 27th August 2026.
4. One entry will be awarded per eligible scan. Max one entry per day.
5. One winner will receive 2 tickets to the Katie Taylor fight at Croke Park on Saturday, 5th September 2026.
6. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.
