Your Circle K Gift Card can be presented as full or part payment for fuel, goods or services at any participating Circle K or Topaz outlet. To purchase, simply pick one up in store and request an amount to be loaded on to the card at the till. It’s that easy!

Your Circle K Gift Card may take up to one working day to be processed so please be aware that you cannot use it immediately.
All Circle K Gift Cards will remain active, however a monthly inactive balance charge of €1.45 will be applied after the card has been in issue for 12 months.
Yes. We accept the Circle K Gift Card as full or part payment for fuel, goods or services at selected Circle K or Topaz outlets nationwide, so you can split your payment between a Gift Card and cash or cards.

No, if you don’t spend the full balance of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance remains on your Gift Card.
It is important that you know the balance on your Circle K Gift Card before making a payment so you can inform our shop assistants of the amount you wish to use. Please advise the shop assistant of the balance on your Circle K Gift Card before payment.
To find out your balance, click here and enter the card number. Please note you will also need your CVV2 number. The “CVV2” number is located on underneath the magnetic (black) strip on the right hand side of the card.
No, the value on your Gift Card cannot be topped up at any time.
If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, please phone us on 01 8708111 and quote any previous Gift Card transactions. Please record your Gift Card number or retain the receipt as proof of purchase. You will need these if your Gift Card is lost/stolen. A re-issue fee of €5.00 will apply. Gift Voucher Shop cannot accept any liability for deductions from your card prior to you notifying GVS with full details.
No, the station cannot provide cash back from the balance on the Gift Card. If the full amount of a Circle K Gift Card is not spent then the balance remains on the Gift Card.
No. Unfortunately the station will not be able to view the balance on a Circle K Gift Card. It is advisable that you check how much is left on your Gift Card. View it by clicking here.
The retailer may have attempted to deduct more than the balance of the Gift Card. Check your balance. If the balance is correct then contact the Gift Card Customer Service team on 01 8708111 to investigate further. Our customer service team are available from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1.30pm on Saturday.
Yes, if you have enough credit on the Gift Card the transaction will go through.
