Yes, current Play or Park customers will be moved over to become Extra members.

This will require customers to update the Circle K app on their mobile phone, and log in. They will need their email address and password to access their account.

If they have forgotten their password there will be a forgotten password option on the app. The customer will need to select this and follow the security questions in order to set up a new password.
