  • Where can I see and track my Circle K orders?

    For an overview of your orders, log into the Circle K Corporate Gift Card account using your credentials. 

    1. Navigate to the 'Order Dashboard' section. 

    2. In this section, you will find a list of your orders. 

    3. Each order is accompanied by its status and other relevant information. 

    4. For more detailed information about a specific order, click on that order. 

    5. This will provide you with details such as the order date, value, status, and the order processing history. 

  • Where can I see my invoices?

    Your invoices will be delivered by e-mail or EDI depending on what you have selected during the registration process in the Circle K Corporate Gift Card account.

    You can log in to the Circle K Corporate Gift Card account here, click on the 'Order Dashboard' to access your purchase history, including order dates and order amounts.

  • Can Circle K Gift Card be issued with any value?

    We've decided on the lowest and highest amounts for each product category, and you'll see these when you order using the Circle K Corporate Gift Card account, which can be accessed here. To get to the Circle K Corporate Gift Card account, just log in.

  • What is the limit of purchase?

    You can select the value you want to add to the card. The minimum and maximum Circle K Gift Card purchase value will be presented to you when you start the purchase process. To get your Circle K Gift Card, please click here. If you do not have an account, please choose sign- up option, if you have existing account, select log in.

  • Can a Circle K Gift Card be used more than once?

    Certainly, you can make purchases using your Circle K Gift Card if there are sufficient funds available on the card. If you need to add more funds to your Circle K Gift Card after using it, you can easily do that online here.

  • Can I customize Circle K Gift Card design?

    Yes, you can select different Circle K Gift Card designs. Different designs will be presented for your choice during the ordering process.  

  • Can I personalize the Circle K Gift Card message?

    You can select different Circle K Gift Card designs, however, you can not create personalized messages for Circle K Gift Cards.

  • How can I send multiple cards to different recipients all at once?

    If you wish to send multiple cards to various recipients simultaneously 

    1. Navigate to the 'Create New Order' section.  

    2. Select the 'Multiple Recipients' choice. 

    3. Download the available template from the Circle K Corporate Gift card account

    4. Provide the required details. 

    5. Upload the completed file to proceed with your order. 

    By doing so, you will be able to customize not only the value but also the personalized messages for each of the Circle K Gift Cards you are ordering. 

  • Can I cancel the purchase?

    It depends on the status of your order. You can only cancel orders that are in the “draft” or “failed” status. If your order is in status “pending” or “completed”, the order is either currently being processed or has already been processed, and the gift cards have been fulfilled.   • Can I correct the nominal value of Circle K gift cards?

    Once an order has been submitted, you cannot edit nominal values. If an order is in the status “draft” or “failed” you can cancel it and then resubmit an updated order.

  • Can the expiry date of the Circle K Gift Card be prolonged?

    The expiry date of the gift card is at least 2 years. Full Terms & Conditions can be found here.

  • How do I use the Circle K Gift Card corporate portal?

    To set up your login details, simply use the Circle K Gift Card form located here. Once you've created your login, a password will be provided, allowing you to access your account. 

    Once you're logged in, you can select the type of gift card, the amount, and the number of cards needed. For payment, just transfer the total amount via bank transfer. Once the payment is received, the cards will be released to you.

  • Why haven't I received my login details?

    Your login details will arrive in your e-mail shortly after the registration. If you have issues with receiving your login details, please contact Customer Support here.

  • I forgot my login details; How can I get them?
    1. If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot Your Password” and enter your Customer ID and e-mail address to reset the password.

    2. If you forgot your Customer ID, please contact Customer Support here.

  • Can I link a specific Circle K Gift Card to a particular product?

    Yes, you can select and purchase Circle K Gift Cards which are related to the specific product category. Visit the Circle K Corporate Gift card account to explore all options.

  • Do all Circle K Stations accept Circle K Gift Cards?

    Most of the stations on our network can accept Circle K Gift Cards, our Circle K Express sites do not sell or accept Circle K Gift Cards. You can find a list of participating stations here.

  • Is the Circle K Gift Card usable across borders?

    Circle K digital and physical cards are accepted in all countries where Circle K operates its stations & stores. To find a list of stores that accept Circle K gift cards, please follow this link.

  • Where can I see my available funds?

    You can view your available funds on the Circle K Corporate Gift Card site. To access this information, please follow these steps: 

    1. Log into the Circle K Corporate Gift Card site here.

    2. Available account funds will be seen on the left side of the selection bar, next to the “Account details” section.

  • How can recipients of Circle K Gift Card add it to their e-wallet?

    The receiver of the Circle K Gift Card will see an 'Add to wallet' button, when Circle K Gift card arrives in their e-mail. Click on the button and the card is added to their e-wallet.
